One of the biggest problems is being able to access files on the go. Today schools are file sharing, and less printing is taking place. The problem is that many students do their work on private Google accounts. Often times, School Google accounts do not allow sharing outside the domain. In English, you cannot often share documents from your private account back and forth with your school account. The other issues are that sometimes students forget to bring work into school. Not being able to find documents or using the wrong platform are common problems for students with executive function deficits. Good news is that you can find websites that can convert for free from one file format to another. This is not possible if you do not have the file. A good organization practice is having your students create access to their documents on their phone. I have seen students lose electronic files that I saw them create and finish. Spending a little time getting students to create access to documents on the phone will at least give you some options.
