Subsection 3 File Transfer Support

A limited amount of utility software makes its way to my book. Most people are transferring files via cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. For seamless transfer of files often times, we have to consider other technologies to help with electronic file organization. In order to get people to use the many technologies that we implement, they have to be seamless, and we have to have back up plans in times when the primary option is not available. We have to consider file transfer as an important utility.

Cloud Storage

What most people are going to do in regard to file transfer is to use one of the most popular cloud storage services available.

Google Drive Honorable Mention

With most schools being Google Schools and/or having most of the secondary students having a Gmail account, Google Drive is an excellent option for transferring files. Google is so popular even in school that primary use iPads; they still often prefer Google Drive. This is just the platform of choice.
