People don’t think about anxiety being helped with technology. Often times we think about technology when it does not work and actually creates anxiety. There are a ton of self-hypnosis videos on YouTube and a number of apps. In a world where drugs are often subscribed, it is always good to have other alternatives. I am not saying someone shouldn’t consider drugs. Basic things like exercise, positive thinking and self-hypnosis can make a hard situation better. I have used self-hypnosis. It is not easy to convince people to use self-hypnosis. What I can tell you is that if you are stressed about a bad day, it can change your state of mind. It is a great way to relax your muscles before bed.

YouTube has a ton of self-hypnosis videos. I suggest that you look for some videos that meet your needs. There are too many diverse videos to endorse. Everyone has different tastes and interests. The good news is there is a lot to choose from.
